How to get your employees saving sooner than later.

1. Complete a Corporate Partner Agreement Form and Select Payment Method

This form is used to establish your online profile, and provides your authorization for  the Ohio Tuition Trust Authority to process your payroll deductions.  You will also select how you want to submit funds. There are three ways to send funds to the Tuition Trust:
 
  • Automated Clearing House (ACH)
  • Electronic fund transfer (EFT) from employer bank account
  • Check with a voucher generated from the CollegeAdvantage payroll deduction Web site

2. Get Started Online

Once you submit your employer's Corporate Partner Agreement Form, you will be sent a confirmation  that includes a CollegeAdvantage  Company Identification Number  and the  password for accessing your online employer account. Employees will also need the Company ID number to complete a CollegeAdvantage Payroll Deduction Authorization Form and to start, stop, or change deductions.

Simply login using the ID and password provided to get started. At this time you can add other administrators to the account.

3. Educate your employees about CollegeAdvantage

We can help you educate your employees about the  plan’s benefits through presentations, benefit fairs and free promotional materials. Employees can easily enroll online and start payroll deduction making it an easy employee benefit to administer.
